Mosaic Glass Vase/Candle Holder
Make a beautiful mosaic vase/candle holder that will brighten your home or make a great gift.
Price per student is $50. Payment must be made by the beginning of the class and can be made at the time of the class in check or cash or in advance by Venmo.
Learn how to use different materials and techniques to create a colorful pattern on the glass. All materials and supplies will be provided. If you choose, you may bring your own glass vase that you would like to apply mosaics to (the total square footage of your glass vase should not exceed 100 square inches).
Class is held in the upstairs flex space of CB Creative. Participants must be able to climb the stairs to the 2nd floor.

Paint your Partner!
So much fun the first time, this PAINT YOUR PARTNER event is returning as twosomes (couples, friends, relatives) armed with brushes and acrylic, masterfully (and often hilariously) paint portraits of one another. No peeking until the final (again often hilarious) reveals. Everything supplied, of course!

"Why Not?" Wednesdays
When all the materials are being supplied, Why Not?
Try some mediums that might be new to you, but fun to use! Explore with artist and teacher Celeste Johnson in this fun class that will guide you in the use of aqua oils, watercolor pencils, pan pastels and even the unique Brusho pigments! Images for inspiration will be provided by the instructor - or feel free to do your own thing.

Beach Totem Time!
Beach Totem Half Day Class by Jenny Grimes
Tuesday, March 11, 2025 This class is a 3-hour class 10 am-1 pm

Tell your Beach Story by creating a beautiful Beach Totem, while exploring totem symbolism and personal iconography. Explore various collage and painting techniques using acrylic paint, collage papers and found papers, stencils, stamps and found objects.
1 panel, 3.5 x 36”, will be provided. In addition: paints, artist mediums, collage papers and small treasure to add to your panels will be provided. But, to make your panels truly yours consider bringing your own objects and treasure to be included. Participants might want to bring an apron or paint shirt.
Here is a list of ideas for objects and things to bring. attached to the surface of your panel and should have a flat side to support the glue.
Natural items such as small shells, small pieces of sea glass, small pebbles and stones.
Found or saved objects like bottle caps, buttons, old keys, old jewelry, safety pins.
Unused hardware such as washers, old screws, nails, wires, window screen
Papers for collage: paper menus, beer/wine bottle labels, paper maps, old book pages/paperback covers, magazine clippings, match book covers, concert or festival tickets, playing cards, scrap book papers.

Class is a full day: 9:30 am – 4 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break
Price per Student is $125 – limited to 6 students

Art's value is its expression and communication. What does "We The People" mean? How do the six purposes of the United States Constitution, found in the Preamble, relate to the African Diaspora across the globe - across history? The exhibiting artists bring to us their vision, transcending geographical and racial boundaries. We invite the attendees to consider for yourselves the meaning and purpose of the United States Constitution.
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, ensure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common Defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
We look forward to seeing you at the opening reception. Meet the artists and have a great time! Not to talk politics, but to focus on the We the People, and how that resonates with you.

Do you have a piece of furniture at home that needs a makeover, and you don't know where to get started? Let me help! It’s my favorite workshop!
- Learn how to create a smooth finish with your favorite color and wax combination! New to Chalk Paint? No worries! I will guide you through the process from beginning to end! I’m sure you’ll walk away with a gorgeous hand-painted masterpiece. I will provide you with a furniture piece and all the tools, plus the chalk paint.
Note: (It will be a small piece of furniture or home accent so you could carry home yourself)
